The Jonesville District Library is excited to showcase their new collection of over 50 STEM kits. These kits include themed books and activities that families will be able to check out and enjoy.
Join us for a hands-on preview and see how these STEM kits can enhance your home-schooling or family learning experiences.
What is STEM?
STEM is an acronym used to describe 4 educational areas: S = Science, T = Technology, E = Engineering, M = Mathematics. STEAM is another educational acronym that includes Art (Agriculture and Music are also added sometimes). STEM encourages hands-on learning for all ages.
Our STEM Kit collection was purchased through a LSTA Summer Grant administered through the Library of Michigan.
